As of a few minutes ago, Facebook removed their restriction on registration.
My first thought was, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”, but after a few minutes of thinking, this could go two ways.
